Hello
I acquired a Brandt B3230HD HD Led TV without a remote control. Since then, I have tried 3 universal remotes but nothing works... No pairing! Why?
I could use the buttons under the screen directly, but for making a selection, for example to change the source, it doesn't hold... I don't know how to confirm OK!
Could you please help me? I'm starting to lose it!!...

Hello,
Originally, the remote control was supposed to be part of the delivery, along with the TV.
-- This remote control is for sale on eBay, the real one, a Brandt, for €9

Moreover, there are many universal remote controls that can be adapted by choosing the appropriate code described in the remote control manual...
You also need to be careful; many remote controls work with infrared.... But there are also some with Bluetooth... one cannot replace the other.

Yes! Thank you for this valuable information. I'm going to take it as advice and order it from E-bay. And now, I hope I'll be done struggling!
In the meantime, would you be able to answer my question about how to say OK with the buttons on the screen?

Hello,
Press OK using the television buttons
The manual is not very talkative, to say the least, on this subject.
If selecting the "Source" is done by repeatedly pressing "Source", try pressing Menu.
If, after pressing "Source", the source selection is done with the "CH+" or "CH-" buttons, try pressing "Source" again.
Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it’s not there...
