Hello, here's how you can configure a TV that has reset to factory settings without the remote control? It asks me to enter the pin code, but I can't because I don't have the number buttons on my TV (Continental Edison - model: CETV32DLED3)

Hello, the only method I know is with smartphones. You download an app or if you have a Samsung Galaxy S4, an app is already installed so you just need to configure the phone to the TV (2 min).
