CANON MG3650 printer blocked

Hello,

The orange alarm button is constantly lit and I can't use the printer. I have tried different reset methods without success. Do you have a solution? Thank you in advance.

    Just in case

    Excerpt from the manual on page 138

    If the paper output cover remains open for more than 10 minutes, the FINE cartridge holder moves to the right and the Alarm light turns on. In this case, close the paper output cover, then reopen it.
