Error 1702 on a Canon Pixma MG3650 printer?

Hello everyone
I've had this code 1702: "the ink absorber is almost full" for a while now, and I've been ignoring it, but it seems that when it's full, you won't be able to print anymore!
Contact with Canon: sending it for repair for an estimate. It will exceed the value of the printer!
That means the machine goes to the scrap.
I've cleaned the pads with cotton swabs and distilled water, but I'm not convinced.
Is there a way to block the detection of this code?
Does anyone have a solution?

I couldn't find my printer (Pixma Mg 3650) in the procedures.
I downloaded Service Tool V3400 and it's ready to run.
The screen matches the model with the clear count option for the absorber.
The printer is connected via USB cable.
I don't know how to put it into maintenance before going any further.
What should I do now?
