Unable to install Canon Pixma MG3650 printer

Hello,

Having recently changed my computer, I want to install my CANON PIXMA MG3650 printer, but it’s impossible.
Since I don’t have a CD reader, I downloaded the application online to install it. I run the file and everything goes well until step 3, where, after detecting my printer via USB connection and starting the installation, the software stops with the error "the printer was not detected" (even though it was just a few seconds before). After the USB connection failure, I then tried to install it using a wireless connection (with the 4G from my phone as hotspot because I don’t have an internet box), but my computer does not detect the printer’s Wi-Fi! (nor did my old computer, by the way).
Not wasting any time, I look for a solution online. I learn that the driver may need an update, so I download the latest driver, try again, and it's the same issue as the first time, a bug at step 3. I also see that Windows 10 can install the printer automatically from the device settings, so I try that, but it doesn’t detect the printer either. I try to configure the printer manually, but that’s impossible too. I’m starting to feel a bit desperate for a solution.
Does anyone have a solution to help me?
Thank you in advance,
Pauline (a desperate student who really doesn’t want to have to change printers).

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 76.0.3809.100
