The easiest way is to file an opposition with your bank regarding a site that is not very reliable and does not respond to requests.

Unfortunately, there's not much we can do here at CCM, if the site in question does not respond, you could possibly (just a suggestion...) try sending them a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

The reason for the cancellation of my subscription is that my pension is not adequate.
