Hello, is it possible to contact ccleane? I have sent several emails and have received no response. I would like to cancel my subscription but have not received any reply.

The easiest way is to file an opposition with your bank regarding a site that is not very reliable and does not respond to requests.

Unfortunately, there's not much we can do here at CCM, if the site in question does not respond, you could possibly (just a suggestion...) try sending them a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

Thank you for your help, I have two emails, and on both I receive the same automatic response in English which is useless from support@ccleaner. The reason for the cancellation of my subscription is that my pension is not adequate. When I received the reminders for the end of the subscription, I did not react, and they automatically withdrew €78.90 from my account this month. That’s why I am trying to contact them to get my €78.90 back. I will try the links and hope for the best, thank you.
