Disable Ccleaner Pro automatic renewal

Hello,
I have a Ccleaner Pro subscription valid until June.
I wanted to disable the automatic renewal, but in the "Manage my license" section I can't take any action.
Does anyone have an idea?

    Hey man. To cancel the subscription, you need to find your CCleaner email with the invoice and everything. At the bottom of the email, there's a link to manage the subscription. You click it, and if you need to resend a link, you do that. Once you’re on the link, you cancel the subscription.

      It's been a while, I had to pay through Paypal or credit card, I don't really remember.

      If you paid by credit card, contact your bank to cancel this automatic payment.

    Are you talking about CCleaner?

    If your case corresponds to:
    CCleaner is registered, but the Manage subscription button does not appear:

    It does mean that you do not have a subscription.

    You can try to see by requesting your key if it indicates whether you have a subscription:

    I hope you're joking??? What's the subject of your post???

    In your screenshot, it clearly states that payment notifications are sent to the email address of the purchase, so, two months later, you should have a renewal notification.

    And as mentioned earlier, request your license key and you may get some information about your subscription:

      It's a bit weird what you're doing, you should do this:

      Uninstall Ccleaner with REVO in advanced mode:
      TUTORIAL

      Reinstall it and try to activate it with the license received by email to see if it works and if the manage subscription button appears.

        Well, my brother uninstalled everything with Revo, we reinstalled it, put the license key back, I don't have a subscription.
        I'm left with a free version of CCleaner, it's not too bad, I didn't lose much.
        Thank you for helping me, that's very nice, I'm new to the forum so I still have to find my way around.
