Wireless earbuds connected but no sound

Hello,

I have true wireless earbuds from the brand WeFix.

They are properly connected via Bluetooth to my phone. When I take them out of the case, I hear the tone indicating that they are connecting to my phone, and my phone can see them, but when I play music or a video, no sound comes from the earbuds.

Any ideas?

Just because the phone sees the headset doesn't mean it's connected.

What is the phone's OS (Android? Apple?), is the device properly paired and recognized?

It is well paired, how can I know if it is "recognized"?

Turn on Bluetooth on the phone, once activated press and hold the logo for a few seconds to access the options, the list of paired devices will appear, make sure to check that the headset is connected for sound.
