How to connect two i12 TWS wireless earbuds?

Hello,
I recently bought i12 TWS wireless earbuds.
After charging the charging case and the earbuds to 100%, I turn on my Bluetooth and only one of the earbuds connects to my smartphone. After several attempts and on my computer or other devices, there is always only one earbud that connects. It doesn’t matter whether it’s the right earbud or the left, both connect but never simultaneously.
However, I have searched several videos and forums and read that I only needed to press the button on one earbud and then the other to pair them together. However, neither of the two earbuds I have has a button, except on the charging case.
I don’t know what to do... If you have any solutions, I’m all ears!
