HP printer scanner issue

Hello,

I'm having trouble scanning a document on my printer; the following message appears:

undefined
ioref: 99999
alert id:8048 scan warning
sms specification not found

Until a week ago, there were no issues, and now it's impossible to scan; when I try, a completely black page appears.

For your information, my printer is an HP ENVY Inspire 7200 series PCL 3

Could you please help me and let me know what the issue is?

    Hello.

    Unplug your printer from the power source, leave it unplugged for about ten minutes, then plug it back in and check if it works.

    If it still doesn't work, reinstall your printer, and if it's still the same, contact HP customer support.

    Thank you for the advice. I'm still facing the same issue with my printer, and since it's still under warranty, I've made an appointment with customer service for repair.
