TCL WiFi Issues

Hello,

My TCL TV no longer connects to WiFi, as you can see here is the message when I click on activate. And when I select "yes," nothing happens except it takes me back to the previous page...

    Hello,

    I had these wifi issues, and to get it to work again, I would go to the TCL diagnostic menu and run the diagnostic, and miracle, the wifi would start working again; I hope it works for you too. Otherwise, there was the option of resetting it, but then you had to reinstall and reconfigure everything.

    TCL TVs are a pain regarding this kind of thing; personally, I would recommend getting an Android box (Nvidia ideally or Xiaomi for a more limited budget), since then I haven't had any issues.
