Problem with my TCL TV

Hello,
I have a problem with my TCL TV; it turns on by itself as soon as it's plugged in and stays stuck on the red TCL logo. I don't know what to do, I really need help please!

    Hello,
    Unplug it from the power source, leave it unplugged for five minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.
