Epson XP 4105 Error 100016

Hello,

My out-of-warranty printer was sent by the seller to Epson for an estimate. 12 days later, I picked up my printer without an estimate and nothing to pay; the saleswoman told me they had reset it, so it should work. Carefully packaged, with nothing to settle, I thought well done Epson. Back home, I quickly became disillusioned; in fact, they did absolutely nothing, just mocking the customers. I will therefore ask the seller to apply the law regarding the legal warranty of conformity and request a refund for the printer.
