Epson XP 520 Error E11

very recent printer ... I was surprised to receive this message .... Unable to perform any operation as this message blocks everything... It seems to be the cleaning system according to what I've read on other forums... But it's impossible to clean since the carriage with the cartridges no longer moves. I also see that I need to reset the copy counter.... How do I do that with this model? I'm on Mac...

    Whether it's a Mac or not, it's the same, the manipulation is done on the printer.

      For your information, I accessed the link to land on: https://www.2manuals.com/
      There, I was able to download a FREE .exe that allowed me to reset my "something" waste counter that was completely blocking my Epson WXP-540 (the "repair ink pad" message was displayed, error code E-11).
      Thanks again to the little geniuses you all are! I trust you with my eyes closed.
