Hello,
One of my friends has a problem with her Epson XP - 610 printer. It displays an error message asking to turn the printer off and on again with error code 0xF1. After several attempts to restart, nothing works. I was suggested to uninstall the drivers and reinstall them.
I tried updating the drivers but it doesn't work. How do we uninstall and reinstall the drivers, and is this the solution?

Make sure there isn't a simple paper jam, etc...
