DAC7 Support Issues Vinted and Pro Account

Hello,

I want to confirm my registration as a Pro Seller on Vinted, and I’m asked to finalize my DAC7 which I am doing. I’m told everything is fine, but when I try to confirm my registration as a Pro, I’m informed that the DAC7 support is missing, so I’m stuck and can no longer sell.

I have obviously informed Vinted about this problem, but it’s still not resolved; I don’t know what to do.

Has anyone ever had this problem?
