They offer you to learn more about blocked accounts by clicking on a link... all you have to do is follow it and read what they say...

Well, if they don't specify that it's final, it's probably "as long as your account does not meet their requirements"...

In short, check the explanations they provide in the link they offer to see why your account is blocked and whether you have the possibility of being back within what they require... or not!

I can see that I am receiving messages with the number displayed next to the envelope (when looking on PC), which proves that my account is still active; however, it's impossible to access the messaging. According to what I have read on the Vinted support page, the temporary block lasts from 7 to 14 days. Problem: it's impossible to know if my block is temporary or permanent. Vinted does not provide any further information. If you have been blocked for more than 14 days without any news from Vinted and without access to your messaging and all other functions, that may not be a good sign...

Yes, I've read everything already but it doesn't address my problem. I know why I'm stuck but I don't know whether it's temporary or permanent. I also don't understand why I no longer have access to my messaging. I have ongoing transactions, which is annoying... Vinted has the bright idea to respond via messaging... quite ironic when that is inaccessible.
