Hello, today on 19/11/2022 Vinted is asking to provide a mobile number to receive a code and protect the account.
However, I enter my mobile number and the site displays that I need to use another phone number when it is indeed the correct one.

Hello again, I'm getting back to you because I managed to recover my account (I had created another one before, that's why I couldn't log in)
I contacted Vinted by email: ***@***
I explained my problem and the advisor asked me to prove my identity, then once I did that, he deleted my other account and I was finally able to recover my main account :-)

my problem was resolved after 1 week.
I had forgotten that I had already created an account 3 years ago with the same number, which caused the blockage.you must delete an account if you have multiple ones.

I had the same problem, and I finally solved it: if you see this message, it means you have definitely already created an account with another email address. If it’s not you, then ask your friends or family; there is surely another email address that was used to create an account. You need to log in to that old email address (if you can remember the password...), then go to My Account, then Settings, then Delete Account. After that, you'll land on the same message for verifying your number, and this time, you'll enter it and it should work.
I created an account a long time ago with one address. I made another current account with another address to sell and I have some pending funds; that’s where I ran into the problem. So I followed your comment and deleted the old account, so now after 2 hours when I put my phone number back in, will it work? Because on my current account there is only the email address and no phone number; I never added one, but I assume it takes your phone number from the phone where the account was created?
