Xiaomi TV connected to Freebox, black and white image only

Hello,

My Xiaomi TV connected to the Free box suddenly shows a black and white or green image.

If I use the TV without the box, the image is normal, in color...

HDMI cable has been changed, and I have also unplugged all the connections.

What could be the cause? Can a box get fried?

Hello.

Yes, a box can burn out; I think the best thing is to contact Free so they can send you a new box if needed.

Hello, I plugged in a TV (LG), the box is working so it doesn't come from the box, right????

My kid grabbed the Xiaomi remote, could he have done something to change the picture?

I just want to point out that the TV is in color except when using the box, Netflix or Prime Video (black and white or green image)

Reset your TV settings to their default settings by using your TV remote not the Freebox remote.

Hello, the manipulation has been carried out several times, all the boxes have been unplugged, blown out, and reset, but nothing works for the Xiaomi TV.

We plugged in a TV (LG) to the box and there are no issues with colors or anything else.

I just realized that it doesn't come from the box but from the Xiaomi TV itself.

There must be a manipulation to do with the remote (that my son accidentally had in his hands).

We have exactly the same problem.

On our Xiaomi TV, the still images are in color and as soon as we start the video (channel, YouTube, Netflix,...), it's in black and white.

Have you found the solution?

The 72 questions in the Xiaomi FAQ do not address this.
