Hello,
I bought a SHARP Aquos TV model: LC-32LE630E over a year ago
Since a while ago, I no longer have an image. When I turn on the TV, the image is visible but dimmed. It only lasts a few seconds and then I have a black screen. However, the sound works normally. I also can't access the menu. I unplugged the power cord, turned the TV off several times and then turned it back on, but nothing works; the problem persists.
Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, is there a "miraculous" solution without going through a repair service...?
