Inomega avoided

Hello,

Iomega is a big scam "French-style," no customer service, no response to emails.

I ordered a dome camera two years ago, and in January, there was no lighting, no night vision??? I tried everything: reset the dome, the app... nothing. I sent an email, and there has been no response to this day.

In the meantime, I ordered 2 more, and one arrived dead on arrival. It took a month, after trying everything with a person via email to reconnect it, for them to agree to exchange it, and on top of that, I had to pay for the return of the camera... thank you for customer service if it exists. Now I'm going to (aliexpress), at least they're cheap and they work.

Hello,

Nothing new, really!

Whenever possible, it's better to go to a recognized physical store rather than an online platform.

Hello.

I'm not sure that this company and these cameras are French; here's what you can read in the T&Cs on the Inomega website:

you can notify us by contacting us at support@inomega.zendesk.com or by mail at: INMG SOLUTIONS, 2105 Vista Oeste Nw Ste E, 1144, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87120, United States.

Hello,

I completely agree, for my part,

I paid extra for express shipping, it took 15 days.

As they were leading me on, I sent it back at my own expense, without unpacking it, with a protective outer package. Photos to support it.

They kept €10 from me because supposedly the package was torn.
