Avoid Willemse

I ordered raspberry plants and seeds from Willemse.
The delivery was quick.
I’m very disappointed with the quality of the 6 raspberry plants.
4 were dried out, but at the acceptable limit.
2 are completely dead.
It is unacceptable to pack and ship goods in such condition.
Now Willemse wants to give me a credit note or refund me for the 2 plants but does not want to replace them.
So to receive my 2 plants, I have to pay shipping again.
This kind of merchant should be ignored.

    Personally, I have no complaints about this company...

    Sure, some strawberry plants arrived a bit.. dry, but after soaking them before planting, they bounced back without any issues..

    And the exchange of a tree (cherry) that didn't take was replaced 8 months later without any problems... well, I did lose a year of growth.

    Willemse should be avoided.. they are forcing me to keep my order which I still haven't received after 19 days.. they always have a good excuse..
    go to Promesse de Fleurs. I have been ordering from them for years and they have a wonderfully well-made catalog.

    I got trapped too after receiving a completely rotten order. I had a balance of 66 euros, but today when I want to place an order, they don’t know who I am and don’t respond to my messages. What can I do? With the phone at 50 cents a minute, it's a lost cause because they take forever to respond, not to mention that Nathalie doesn’t understand anything. I'm going to Promise of Flowers, thanks for the recommendation.
