Inoméga Camera Scam

Hello,

I am a victim of a scam through the suppliers of Inomega security cameras. The customer service is a big joke; they do everything to blame the customers while the problem clearly comes from the quality of their products. It is simply drop shipping from China. Anyway, how can I report them so they stop scamming people?!

    Unfortunately, your complaint about dropshipping is not the only one, and unfortunately, from our end, at our scale, we can hardly do anything, since it usually comes from China.

    Even if we manage to shut down the site where you purchased the security cameras, others will pop up behind it.

    The precaution to take is to thoroughly research before buying, and at the slightest doubt, to back out.

      Hello,
      I bought a camera from them, it broke down, and they made my life a nightmare. I have to send photos of the camera + receipt and then I have to make a video with lots of manipulations. I sent the camera back and I haven’t heard back. On their ad, the camera is guaranteed for a year; they do everything to upset you and let the deadline pass. If that’s not a scam, I don’t know what is!

        Until today, I haven't had any issues with my camera, which is still working very well, as well as my neighbors' cameras that they also installed. I hope everything will get better for you; I think that COVID disrupted the operation. I wish you good luck.

        The issue here is not the proper or improper functioning itself; that takes a back seat.
        The problem concerns the return policy, warranty, and handling of the item by the selling site.

        Because whether your product works or not does not solve Franck's problem.

        deadline not respected when the product arrives it doesn't work and they tell you they won't take back the item because you opened it but they don't care about people
