Should you avoid the site mytoys.fr?

Hello,

I ordered toys for my children's Christmas on November 24th, and here we are on December 19th, and I still haven't received anything...
Yet the announced delivery time for these products, which were in stock, was 4 to 6 days...
I've contacted them by email and phone several times, but they are unable to give me a date or a fixed timeframe...
What should I do??
In 5 days, it's Christmas, and my children will have nothing!!!

Take the lead in this case, I know it’s easier said than done, but that’s how it is. At least for your children, you’ll have something to give them, or you can say it’s from Santa Claus. Anyway, it’s a lie without really being a lie, it’s up to you. At least a little something to unwrap is better than nothing. Write to them too, chit-chat is nice but doesn’t leave a trace; writing does.

This site is based in Germany. This complicates things for claiming a refund.
