Hello, I ordered 2 wireless cameras from Inomega. After almost 2 months, I still haven't received anything. The customer service doesn't respond, nor do they call back. From time to time, I get a response by email saying there is a delay and that it's in progress without being given a tracking number. Is this a scam? What should I do? There is no postal address. Their email address is strange (***@***) and it is not an official address.

I think you got scammed, and quite beautifully.
"the.customer.service doesn't respond": is it this one?
"from.time to time I get a response by email": there too, it's so people don't file complaints too quickly (it sounds a lot like an African scam, they are specialists in this kind of deceit).
You need to look at the URL (http or https) while placing your order, it might have been a fake site mimicking the real one.
What did you click on?
Note: why all these dots (.) between the words? You're not making much effort to write correctly....
