Cookie Jam game won't open anymore.

I haven't been able to open Cookie Jam on my iPhone for two days, why?

      Thank you, I turned off the iPhone, reinstalled the game, it opens even with music but doesn't go any further, it crashes and I don't see the setting to stop the music, apparently it's not the iPhone since it's updated for the update but probably something with the game, it was working very well three days ago.
