Hello,
I left my tablet (Teclast P76V) charging overnight, and in the morning I tried to turn it on but there was no response at all. I waited several minutes but still no sign or light. Either it's the charger or it's the tablet. Can someone please help me?

Hello Clow78,
Is the charger for your tablet defective??
There are several hypotheses for your problem:
- Either your charger is defective and, in any case, it needs to be replaced or taken to the customer service of the store where you bought it!
- Or your tablet has a defective battery, in which case it needs to be replaced or taken to the customer service of the store where you bought it!
- Or the circuit breaker fuse in your electrical panel that connects to the outlet where your tablet is plugged in is open, meaning it is not supplying power to your wall outlet. In this case, you can simply change the fuse inside, or reset it if it's a circuit breaker, but first, I would advise you to plug your tablet into another outlet to see if the outlet is indeed defective!
Looking forward to your response, I wish you happy holidays!

Hello -astuces72- thank you for the advice - but unfortunately - despite my efforts, it refuses to turn on - and it no longer charges - yet my electricity is working very well and all the cables are brand new !! - because I tried other outlets -
I don’t know what to do anymore = did I do something stupid????
thank you, have a nice day -
I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 and I've had it for less than 6 months. When I turn it on, it displays Samsung and keeps flashing. It stopped working one day when I installed a game (probably a virus) that messed everything up. I've reset it at least 3 or 4 times, but it's stuck (forever, I think). Does anyone have a solution to help me?
