Car parts 24 and autodoc complicated site

I ordered two rear calipers reference axles, which means 1 right and 1 left. Three days later, a consultant calls me and explains a stock shortage for this brand and offers me another brand but more expensive!! I suspect a scam to sell you what they want because otherwise, I have to accept a refund, but that involves a loss of time as I have to reorder. They are playing on that!!
The worst starts now because the consultant offers you a new reference and while selecting, he makes a mistake and orders me 2 calipers for the same side!!

I’ll let you imagine the rest with returning packages, explanations, and sending 6 emails!!! To obtain the correct product, the chassis number is required (nonexistent in the search), and finally, for the refund (as I do not wish to exchange given the issues), there will be a delay of 14 days after return to their warehouses and after verification of the part!!! In short, a hassle, stay away!!

Not to mention the complications for returning the parts; return costs at your expense, package to Germany €27!!!! And an attempt at a refund for only one part!! They wear you out!!

Very complicated site in case of error; for me, it's a scam! With consultants on platforms in Africa. So I buy my calipers from a store near me, I was able to get professional prices; I'm not concerned about €5 for my peace of mind.
