LED G10 unable to finalize LSC Smart Connect

Hello, in the LSC Smart Connect range sold at ACTION: I have two functional "Smart Ceiling" ceiling lights for a few months viewed through the app. However, I subsequently bought an LED G10 socket lamp that flickers when turning on. Then I start the procedure to add new equipment and reach the rapid blinking phase that I manually pre-select on the dichroic shape G10 lamp. On my smartphone, the app indicates a pear-shaped bulb with an E27 socket PAR16-GL (same in automatic detection without manual pre-selection of the type of equipment). Since I don't have any other classification options for new equipment, I start the pairing process. I am less than a meter away from the bulb and the box, so the radio transmission should be perfect (and in a non-disturbed IEM environment). The progress rotary indicator completes its 360° but it is impossible to finalize; it invariably mentions in red "timeout for adding the device..." This happens consistently after many, many attempts: failure

I have the same problem
GU10 bulbs installed in series on patio spots.
2.4Ghz connection checked, ???? detected including one with a different shape E27.
2 to 3 failure messages during the addition, 3 to 4 messages indicating signal too weak.
The Wi-Fi is 5m away. Testing a bulb at 50cm resulted in addition failure.
I don't understand...
