First, I'm sorry if I'm not in the right forum, but this one seemed like the best fit!
I just bought a Smart Plug RC to complement the 8 solar panels installed on my roof.
I've been struggling for 2 days trying to activate this plug with the Elios4you software.
It works perfectly with the Power Reducer for the water heater, and I want to use the plug on another household appliance, but I can't get it installed.
With Smart RC (RedCap), I activated the RedCap module.
The plugged-in device is blinking red.
Then I click successively on Add Smart RC Device → Start Procedure
Elios4you displays Initializing...
After a few long seconds, the response is → Unable to initialize the connection process
I've restarted this procedure several times, but the response is always the same, and the plug continues to blink red.
I don't know what to do anymore!
If anyone can help me, it would be a huge relief.
