Hello, I have a smart bulb that works very well, it turns on at the scheduled time and turns off at the scheduled time, but it is impossible to change the on or off time because it is shown as (offline) and the same for a camera that works and is also shown as (offline)

It says the synchronization is not working, please check the device and the network
