Logitech G Pro X Sound Issue

Hello,
I just received a Logitech G Pro X headset for Christmas and I had an initial issue with the microphone not working. After unplugging and replugging the jack several times, it finally managed to fit all the way in and the microphone started to work.
But then the headphones stopped working; I can barely hear a very low sound on the right side and nothing on the left side, and I can't find a solution to this problem. I tried several tutorials that suggest uninstalling G Hub and the drivers, etc., but nothing works. I also contacted customer service, and they told me to return to the point of sale to get it exchanged.
I should mention that the headset has problems when it's connected via USB because I tested it using the jack on my phone, and it works perfectly. I also tried connecting it via USB on another computer, but it does the same thing (barely audible sound on the right side and nothing on the left).
Thank you for your help.

Hello madmaxdu24,
"and after unplugging and plugging the jack several times": It's already not normal, but the problem could be related to the internal wiring of the PC compared to the wiring in the image above.
"I hear a very weak sound, barely audible on the right side and nothing on the left side": another reason for the problem, again, see always the diagram above.
Be sure to check the specifications on the box, especially the wiring of this Jack!
NOTE: Mic is an Input, so towards the PC, Left and Right (audio for both) are Output, so towards your headphones.
Happy holidays!
