Unable to charge wireless earbuds & their case

Hello,

A month ago, I bought the TNB SHINY wireless earbuds at Leclerc. I have been trying to charge the earbuds for 2 days now, but they are not charging. The status lights on the case blink for a few seconds and then stop, but even after 3 hours of charging, the earbuds are still dead and so is the case. Do you have any advice for me, please?

    Hello,

    The advice I can give you is to return the whole set (earbuds and charger) to Leclerc. There is a warranty that lasts for 2 years.

    You can get a refund and buy yourself another one. See on this link (in Bluetooth and wireless).
