Office 2021 activation issue

Hello,

I can't activate Office 2021 via the phone in Guadeloupe, I get a message saying: "the number does not exist".

The number is 1 305-603-4466

I have sent an email to DA LICENCE, but I'm asking the question anyway while waiting for their response.

    Hello,

    I am pleased to inform you that after further research, I have found

    the phone number (generic, so to speak) allowing you to activate by phone from an overseas department

    (Guadeloupe for me, but I believe it's the same for the other overseas departments) +18664217141. First, you select the

    department in order to have the activation ID in front of you.

    Then follow the instructions over the phone, particularly to select the French language.

    I would like to clarify that the article referred to Office 2016 at the time, but the information remains valid for later versions.

      This message allowed me to activate from Réunion,

      I had to follow the instructions over the phone and a link was sent to me via text, I was able to enter through a Microsoft application (visualsupport.microsoft.com/.....) the confirmation numbers and the numbers to enter were sent to me.

      It was a huge relief on my side, it was the second product I bought and I made a few phone calls to premium lines

    I wrote it exactly as it was displayed on the activation screen, but I didn't include a hyphen in the composition.

    I could be wrong, but it seems to me that this phone validation system no longer exists (unless it has been maintained for older versions of Office).

    If you buy a box (do they still exist?), the code is on the plastic case of the DVDs.

    If you buy a card or online, the code is sent to you by email.

    Other contributors can confirm or deny my statements.

      Yes, I recently activated mine (2019) by phone (actually an automated response) with the license sent by email.

      Generally speaking, there are two activation numbers per country/region (only one for Guadeloupe, which oddly seems to be an American number, shared with a number of island territories but not all of them, more or less close to the United States and not all French-speaking).

    If you bought your license from a "wholesaler", you can try this site https://getcid.info/ which offers a form for activation.
    In general, an instruction email for activation should have been provided to you with the license.

    Hello,

    DA LICENCES sent me a code to proceed with the online activation.

    The issue is resolved. They advise their customers to order the key from their online site where internet activation is available. Of course, the products are a bit more expensive than on the Rakuten site, where my initial transaction took place.
