Unable to add an item to the cart

Hello, I'm trying to place an order on an American embroidery site. I've never had any problems until now. I can go on the site and enter the item number without any issues, but when I try to add it to the cart, nothing happens. It just keeps loading... and I can't finalize my order. They don't understand what's happening and don't know how to help me. I don't know what to do. If anyone can give me a tip, I would really appreciate it. I'm on Windows 10, so........ A big thank you!!!

    Maybe a certificate problem..
Clear your browser cache as well as the cookies
And if you are using a proxy, try not to go through it.

Hello, thank you, but I don't understand anything!!! I'm not a computer expert; It doesn't matter, I'll keep your response and I'll ask someone who knows about it. Thanks again...

      Hello,

Generally speaking, one cannot know what is happening on a site without knowing that site and the link to the desired article.

Some sites allow simulating a cart without being registered, but in this case, no one has any way to verify the behavior on their side.

I trust this site, as I have already ordered from them and I had no problems!!! Even they don't understand what is happening. Thank you for your reply.

It's not about whether it's safe or not, but whether something is preventing it from working right now.

    Hello,

What is your browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, ...) to clear the cache as mentioned above (a simple Google search will be the easiest: "how to clear the cache of Chrome" and follow the procedure).

Is there an ad blocker installed? Because I have already had the issue where it mistakenly blocks a wrong element, please disable it if there is one.

    Best regards
