Alcatel f860 not working

Hello,

I have an Alcatel f860 landline phone at home, but I rarely use it. So, while trying to dial a number earlier, I realized that it's not functioning properly.

I dial the number and then press the pick-up button (green phone), and I find myself back on the home screen; nothing happens.

It also shows that I have new calls; I would like to delete them. To do this, I press the menu, go to the call log with the arrows, and when I press OK, I find myself back on the home screen, as if the "OK" button isn't working.

If you know what might be causing this, I would be happy to hear your responses.

Which of the icons shown in the screenshot below are present on your device(s)?

Please specify if any of these icons are flashing.

It’s very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...
