Hello,

I bought an Alcatel F860 landline phone and I can't make outgoing calls but I can receive them. What should I do?

Hello,

If this phone is connected to a box, reset it.

To do this, cut the power to the box for one minute and then turn it back on.

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...

When you dial the number, is the number displayed on the screen? Do you hear music notes?

Do you hear it ringing at your correspondent's end?

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...
