Hello,

I have a problem with my printer because it keeps leaking ink all over my desk. I checked for a hole in the ink reservoir, but I believe the leak is not coming from the reservoir. Finally, I found a spot filled with ink other than the reservoir and I emptied it. Then I bought ink https://www.notermite.fr/products/printer-ink but nothing has changed. Please help me.

    Hello,

It is certainly the ink-absorbing pads used for cleaning the print heads that are saturated.

Therefore, the printer needs to be disassembled to clean or replace these felt pads.
In general, this is a complicated operation (it depends on the brand of the printer) and very messy.

I am surprised that there hasn’t been a warning message. (There is a counter that totals the number of cleanings and sends the alert message).

What one understands well is clearly stated,
And the words to say it come easily.
