Ink system error on hp c5180 printer

    I did the manipulation

    Press OK and Help simultaneously
    unplug
    wait 2 minutes
    plug back in

    result: OOB NVM reset message

    but the problem persists

      Hello,
      I have the same issue .... but the machine only prints in color ...
      And I did the same operation but nothing worked.
      Did you find a solution to your problem?

    I want to print in black with my HP C5180, but it prints in color and I didn't ask for that!!
    Also, I changed the yellow ink cartridge and it tells me to replace the yellow ink, but there isn't any left!!
    What should I do, please, to reset all of this
