Epson XP-445 printer not printing

Hello, I bought a second-hand Epson xp-445 printer.

My issue is that it won't print in B&W. It works in color and also for photocopies.

I have done several head cleanings and alignments, but no color comes out with the new cartridges I bought at Action.

Can you help me find a solution?

    Hello.

    You need to clean the print head with isopropyl alcohol or with a print head cleaning kit; you can find all that on Amazon or other eCommerce sites.
