Hello,
Help, my printer won't print, it's a few months old and just to be sure I've changed the cartridges, there's a light at the drop icon and printing is impossible. Please, help me! Thanks
Hello many people have problems with EPSON (it's crap) have you tried to make a photocopy? is the orange light next to the drop icon on (steady) or blinking?

Hello In a month she has consumed 2 ink cartridges, really it's complete crap.
Yes, I tried unsuccessfully, the printer is very new, I also changed the cartridges but nothing. Thank you all, I will be picking up my old printer! Take care!
I am facing the same problem as Bri. The drop light is on but it doesn't blink. It stays on constantly. I can neither print nor make photocopies. I changed the cartridges not long ago and I haven't done many prints.
I really need your help please. What do you think the problem is??
1) Check that the printer is selected correctly (in the control panel)
- Ensure that the Wi-Fi connection is active by printing a test page, for example
- If printing doesn't work via Wi-Fi, perform or redo an installation via USB (printer off when launching the driver. If it works, review the Wi-Fi installation, which may have "failed"
2) If the Wi-Fi or USB connection appears to be enabled and the printer doesn't start
- Access the printer control panel (by double-clicking on the icon at the bottom of the taskbar on the right)
- Check for any documents waiting to be printed and cancel them
- If needed, turn off the printer for a few minutes to clear the print buffer
- Start printing a simple document (a word is enough) in Notepad)
Additionally:
-Do you have cartridges from the brand?
Additionally, there are test procedures initiated from the buttons or control screen on the printer (if present, I haven't been able to verify, Epson support is currently unavailable). The procedure is likely indicated in the PDF manual on the installation DVD.
