Printer xp-2100 not printing

Hello, I bought a new XP 2010 printer, and it came with its cartridges. I installed it following all the instructions. But it only prints blank pages. Even when doing the alignment test, there is nothing. I cleaned the print head, but still nothing. I even changed the cartridges and still get blank pages. Of course, I removed the yellow tape on the top of the cartridge.
If you have a solution to my problem, thank you in advance.

    I have the same issue with installation and a blank page. After performing a nozzle cleaning again, I only got red. I don't know what to do anymore.

      I brought the printer to the service center, and they exchanged it because it was actually detecting an empty cartridge. I set up the new printer this morning, and it works. Probably a defective model.

      Same for me. It worked with the original cartridges moderately well (streaks across despite cleaning, alignment). Since changing the cartridges, nothing works. I'm disgusted...
