My Epson SX415 printer is not printing anymore.

Hello,
my Epson SX415 printer hasn't been printing for a while.
The paper comes out but there's nothing printed on it.
However, I have changed the cartridges and they are full.
Thank you for suggesting some solutions.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 30.0.1599.101

Almost the same problem as above!

My Epson SX415 printer always prints correctly when it comes to a photocopy made with this device (proof that the ink system works);
but it does not print anymore when the command is made from the computer: the print request is acknowledged (proof that the devices are still connected),
the sheets come out... but blank!

A few clarifications:
- the scanner works correctly and delivers the scan to the computer.
- the cartridges (original and not suspicious) are nearly full.
- the head alignment test is correct.
- the nozzle cleaning has been done.
- I am on Mac. If I go to "Library => Printers => EPSON XP-412 413 415 Series", I click on the latter to follow the printer's progress as it prints... But in "Settings => Supplies Levels", it is impossible to see the nozzle levels: Message = "Information not available".
The nozzle levels can normally be seen from the printer itself.

That's it!
With all this, who can give me some advice?

Or how to reset the printer in connection with the designated computer as if I were just plugging it in for the first time?
I can't find this option from the computer or from the printer.
