Hello,

An error appears on a Canon T3150 with error code E15.

The circuits have been cleaned.

The cartridges have been changed to Canon brand and still the same error code.

Any advice?

    Hello,

    The fine cartridge, that's the name of the cartridge, it's what is written on it.

    We did see what is said about this error code in the manual and elsewhere.

    The issue is that the second cartridge (Canon) bought, identical to the first, gives the same result, so the problem lies elsewhere.
