Hello everyone

I recently sent a message to someone (marked as delivered) and they did not receive it. I want to specify that when I sent it, I was traveling abroad and had to activate roaming data.

Do you know if this can be explained/resolved if there is a problem?

As it's not specified, does the recipient indeed have an iPhone?

If not, they will never receive the message.

Hello, I actually forgot to mention that the recipient has an iPhone but also that I have already used the "iMessage" feature with him.

you might also want to check with your operator because for some, the international option needs to be activated.
