Hello,
If I send a message to someone on Viber and the message has not been delivered while I can see that the person I sent the message to is online, what does that mean please?

Hello,

It is possible that the person has blocked you. As long as you do not see the mention "Delivered," it means that the message has not been received by your recipient.
