Hello, I have my Edenwood TV which, after a storm, is showing a blue screen with nothing else.
It's only plugged into the power outlet, I can't do anything with it, I’ve searched everywhere for a solution but nothing that could help me, it’s not a source problem since I can't see anything when I try to change the source.
Please, can someone help me?

Hello,
It will need to be repaired or you should invest; the lightning has most certainly fried an electronic component. It would be best to consult a repairman for a quote before incurring exorbitant costs.
“Isn't progress beautiful? Tomorrow, when we give a book to a kid, they'll turn it around in every direction to see where to put the batteries.”

Hello,
This is apparently a model that is already a bit old and not "Premium": the cost of spare parts and labor generally makes repairs illusory in this case.
But I'm surprised that no one mentions the role of the insurer, who also typically only comes into play for up to 5 years from the date of purchase.
In general, if that time has passed, depreciation will mean we’ll have nothing but tears.
However, we might have an insurance clause for "new replacement value", where we lose less, or "new equipment value", where we only lose the difference between the purchase value and that of an equivalent model a few years later.
