    When you tell us that you no longer have access, that is, in which exact context, is it a ban or forgot password or something else!

    Unless there might be a problem on the servers of the site in question!

    Hello there,

    We might as well just remind here that on this forum, minimal polite phrases of basic courtesy such as “Hello" (at least) - "Please" - "Thank you in advance" - "Kind regards" and any other variants on the same theme are very appreciated.

    And this for at least one good reason in addition to universal civility: the people who answer here are volunteers who come to be asked for a free service.
