My SFR remote is lost.

Hello,

I have a TCL smart TV that works with the SFR TV box. I have the TCL remote to turn on my TV, but I've lost the remote for the SFR box to switch and change channels!

Is it possible to change the channels without this remote, and if not, do you think SFR can provide me with another one for free (or cheaply)? By calling them or going to one of their stores?

    Hello.

    In case of malfunction of a remote control, SFR provides you with a new one for free, but in case of loss, you will have to pay. There are also virtual remote controls that can be installed on a smartphone; it's up to you to search in the store, for example remoteForSFR.

    Yes, you can if you're a subscriber. However, I don't know if you can buy just the remote (having never lost or misplaced that precious key).
