Hello everyone,
I just subscribed to an internet + TV package with SFR. I now have a "more than SFR" decoder.
A technician came to open my line this morning, so I’ve had internet since. However, when I try to use the TV decoder, it tells me to press the central button on the remote. I did that, but nothing happens.
I called their customer service, and they told me to press the 1 and 9 buttons on the remote simultaneously. Still nothing happens. The "home" button is supposed to light up, but there's nothing at all.
So I downloaded the app on my phone to use it as a remote control. I go into the settings, then "remote control synchronization," and there I try to sync the remote (the real one, not my phone ^^) but it still doesn’t work.
I don’t know what to do, and customer service can’t tell me anything more...
Thank you

The NB6 is the NeufBox version 6, and if you look in the upper corner of the box (the side with the ports), there is a label with a QR code and a barcode... It's written NB6, there’s also the MAC address and the Wi-Fi key and other indications... Those who don't have TV only have internet and landline phone... With this BOX/router only
Now you will know what a NB6 is, it can help to communicate with others without getting it wrong and to speak about the same thing
Here is the SFR forum on this subject https://www.sfr.fr/cas/login?service=https://la-communaute.sfr.fr/auth/j_spring_cas_security_check
you can read this and other things there too

Try a "Factory" reset of the decoder: press the SFR and Return buttons on the front of the decoder at the bottom right at the same time, until it restarts: after 3 or 4 times, it should synchronize (even on May 1st): if this does not work, you will need to call customer service
The reason is that each reset starts with a new frequency; some work better than others.
